Delivery
We will aim to dispatch your order the same day if your purchase is made before 2pm. Orders made after 2pm will be processed the next working day. We advise that you allow up to 5 days for your item to be sent but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Depending on your location, the following delivery options will be available for you to select at the checkout:
- Click & Collect Instore* - FREE
- Standard UK Delivery - £2.95 or FREE on orders over £50
- Europe including Ireland Tracked Delivery - £9.99
- Rest of World Tracked Delivery - £14.99
Please be aware that incorrect shipping option selection may cause a delay in dispatching of your item/s.
*If you choose the 'Click & Collect' option to pick up your purchase instore please be sure to bring proof of purchase and personal identification with you.
Returns Policy
At Empire, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have up to 14 days for your item to reach us for you return to be processed. **Please note that we are extending our Returns Policy for purchases made between 01/12/2025 - 24/12/2025 to the 7th January 2025 to allow for Christmas present returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Socks & Underwear
- Custom or personalised items
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, colour, or variant, subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, we aim to process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We cannot refund any items that have been lost or damaged during transit, so please ensure your return is packaged appropriately.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@empirepremium.co.uk within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We will replace the item or offer a full refund.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable delivery service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
